We’re so happy you reached out! We’ll confirm availability for your date and learn a little more about your celebration and your floral vision. If we feel like a great match, we’ll arrange a custom proposal stage.

You'll receive a thoughtful personalized summary crafted just for your special celebration, incorporating everything we learned about your style and wedding florals vision. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll secure your date with a deposit and begin refining the details.
02. The Custom Proposal
After booking, we’ll meet in person or virtually for a detailed design consultation. We love getting to know our couples during this stage. Together, we’ll explore your floral style, ensuring every detail feels personal, cohesive, and true to your celebration.

6 Months Out
We'll touch base to see how your wedding planning is coming together and if anything has evolved. This check-in helps us ensure we're still perfectly aligned with your celebration vision. We'll finalize your flower choices, making sure your floral plan grows beautifully alongside your wedding plans.
04. first check-in
We’ll confirm the important details, including timing, setup requirements, and final design touches. If you would like to preview the floral design, a sample arrangement can be arranged for an additional fee.
05. Perfecting the Details
Your wedding day has finally arrived! Every arrangement will be intentionally created according to your vision, bringing the beautiful atmosphere you've dreamed of to life. All the details are handled so you can focus on what truly matters, celebrating with your favourite people.
